Delegate of the Chancellor for Strategic Monitoring

PhD. PEDRO JOSÉ PAÚL ESCOLANO , Chair, Department of Applied Mathematics II. The Delegate of the Chancellor for Strategic Monitoring of the University of Seville is responsible for the following duties and skills in strategic planning:

• a) Assessing the Chancellor and the Government team.
  b) Gathering and catalysing the opinions of the University community to define the strategic priorities of the University of Seville under the management of the Chancellor with the collaboration of the governing body.
  c) Coordinating and supervising the creation and follow through of the Strategic Plan of the University of Seville to guarantee the participation of the University community.
  d) Supervising the sectorial strategic plans.
  e) Coordinating the Vice Chancellors competent in academic matters such as students, research, academic organisation, post-graduate study programmes, and the teaching staff, in the creation of studies, analyses and action plans.
